'House' Optical Illusion

This work of art by famous modern artist Roy Lichtenstein is an oldie, but still a goodie worth sharing. The sculpture, entitled “House”, was constructed in 1999 and stands as one of the artist’s most popular optical illusion works. Currently on display in the Sculpture Garden at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC.

The House appears to be an outward facing home, but is actually constructed as an inward facing structure – and here’s where the triply part comes in – as you move around it, the fun, cartoon-like facade appears to rotate or change in perspective viewed from a different angle.
